Strong customer service skills working directly with all levels of customers.
Strong communication skills in person, via phone, or in digital format.
Development expertise in the following technologies:
Knowledge in Telerik, GitHub, and SharePoint is desired.
Knowledge in Java programing is a nice to have.
Experience with requirements tracking software, customer engagement, technical demonstrations and Agile methodology.
Experience with Kanban a plus.
Current active TS/SCI w/Poly required
